GOODFOOD at the Researchers’ Night – Livorno, Italy, 2023.

The local office of the Istitute of BioEconomy – National Research Council (NRC) organised several demonstrations and laboratory visits so that the students attending the event could learn more about research activities and tools aimed to develop and implement sustainable agriculture. GOODFOOD was introduced to the public and little groups of students were engaged in a game on the carbon footprint. The objective of this game was to bet between two types of hamburgers: a hamburger made with octopus vs. a beef hamburger and to decide which was the one with less environmental impact.
