PR3: Recipes Handbook
Following the participation of the schools from Greece, Spain, and Italy in the GOODFOOD project and the implementation of all the activities, the students have built up a Recipes’ Handbook containing a series of typical recipes from their respective countries. In these recipes, the students indicate the ingredients needed, the process to elaborate the dish but, very importantly, they have also included a table with recommendations, information, and tips:
1) to make the recipe as sustainable as possible
2) to know a bit more about some of the nutrition and health properties of the ingredients.

Have a look at it, select the recipe or recipes that you may prefer, and cook for your family and friends a delicious dish from a different country. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the eating habits from other Mediterranean countries and to have fun cooking something new and delicious.
