National Multiplier Event in Spain

CEBAS-CSIC, Murcia, 2nd May 2024

During the past Thursday 2nd of May, the Multiplier Event of the GOODFOOD project took place at the Research Institute CEBAS-CSIC in Murcia (Spain). There were around 40 attendees including students and teachers from several secondary schools as well as researchers participating in the project.

The event began with a nice lunch where all the people had the opportunity to meet, chat and enjoy good and tasty food. We next went to the Conference Room of CEBAS where the project was introduced to the audience by the Project Coordinators. This was followed by some very nice presentations of all the activities carried out by the students and teachers of the secondary schools Monte-Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia), El Bohío (Cartagena) and Pedro Guillén (Archena, Murcia). The International Competition was also launched at the end of the event and all the participants were invited to take part of the video-slogan competition.

After the presentations, all the participants gathered in a special classroom where they were able to enjoy several activities related to the GOODFOOD project (use of digital tools, card game, sugar content of foods, fruit juices tasting…). Overall, the experience was very successful and all the participants had a great time.
