The National Technological Center for Canning and Food – CTNC (Centro Tecnológico Nacional de la Conserva y la Alimentación) is a private, non-profit association that works to promote and assist companies in the Agri-Food Sector through research, development and innovation (https://www.ctnc.eu/, Murcia – Spain).

The CTNC publishes a journal to disseminate the information about research projects and activities related to the plant food production, transformation, and properties including those related with the sustainability and the health benefits of these plant foods.
