GOODFOOD and the students from the IES El Bohio (Cartagena, SPAIN) – January-February 2024.

The IES El Bohío has become very interested in the GOODFOOD project and in the application of some of the learning units related with nutrition and sustainability developed within the project.

Several groups of students from this Secondary School who are interested in the areas of Applied Anatomy, Nutrition and Metabolism, participated in a practical activity to learn how to measure and compare the fat content from different food samples. Watch their videos showing some of the students getting hands-on and explaining the fat extraction in the school lab.
