Creative videos

Videos created by the community of the participant students to promote some of the main messages of the GOODFOOD project: Nutrition, Health and Sustainability.

The Lions of the Atlas (IES Monte Miravete, Torreaguera, SPAIN)

The video explains a battle between chips and an apple, and in this battle the chips start winning but after a banana appears and helped the apple. After the battle a guy went to the park to eat some chips but his friend told him that if he ate the fruit he would be better and then the physical transformation.

‘Eat healthy makes you strong like Haytam’

The Dream Team – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, SPAIN)

The video is about a girl who doesn’t take care of her diet (she eats very poorly, in large quantities, she doesn’t do sports…) and that’s promoting bad consequences (dizziness, headaches…). Her friend who lives with her notices it and they go to the doctor, but she doesn’t pay attention to anything the doctor tells her. One day while walking she fainted and turned out to have type 2 diabetes and cholesterol. She died because her illnesses were very advanced and she carried on eating poorly.

‘Health is not a game, take care of it’.

The Healthy Girls – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, SPAIN)

The video is about some girls that go to school with junk food for snack. The mother is sleeping but she sees them and changes the food for fruit that is healthier. We want to show that fruit is better for snack than sweets.

‘For your health’ (fruits).

THE BEST TEAM – Lyceum of Rafina (Rafina, GREECE)

Our video promotes the idea of making healthier food choices such as eating more foods that are nutritious -dense, and limiting foods that are ultra-processed and calorie-dense. This way teens – and people in general – eat more healthily while getting many health benefits such as lowering the chances of getting cardiovascular diseases and making them feel better about their food choices.

‘Good food always get you on a good mood’

ENGLISH VIDEO – Ginori Conti (Florence, ITALY)

The idea of the video was to create a podcast centered around the theme of healthy eating and Italians’ culinary habits. This is has been realising by asking questions to a specialist in the field (impersonated by one of us) who had to respond to the interviewers on how to improve and how to cook economic dishes, rich in nutritional value. We had a lot of fun and in the end we found the experience extremely creative and informative for us!

‘Healthy eating and Italians’ culinary habits’

Healthy Friends – Ginori Conti (Florence, ITALY)

We took part in the GOODFOOD project by filming a video on suggestion of our English teacher about a more balanced diet. We have answered some of the teacher’s questions as a guideline to follow in order to make the video. These are some of the questions:
 How important is being able to cook?
 What do people like cooking and eating in your country?
 Do most people have a healthy diet?
 How to cook a healthy meal without spending too much money?
 Can you explain how to prepare a dish you like?
In the video three friends talk about a healthy diet, trying to help each other and proposing recipes with cheaper foods.

‘Friends talking about healthy diet’

The Reindeers – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, SPAIN)

In this video we wanted to do a short presentation of all the things we know now thanks to the GOODFOOD project.

‘Take care of your body size, it is the only place you have to live’.

The sweet psychoes (IES Monte Miravete, Torreaguera, SPAIN)

Our goal for this video is to show people how they should eat healthier food and the consequences of not doing so and eating unhealthy food often. This is practically the main reason for the GOODFOOD project’s existence, and we wanted to show it on our last GOODFOOD group work.

‘Good food always wins. But always?’

The LIONS – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, SPAIN)

The message of this vídeo is that if you have a bad breakfast with foods with a lot of sugar your health will be bad and your day probably will be worse than if you have a good breakfast reducing cookies and eating fruit, like banana, or toast. Also, reducing colacao with sugar and eating colocao without sugar or only milk your health will be good and your day will be better.

‘If your breakfast is healthy, your day will be healthy: eat better, live better’.

3 x FUN – Lyceum of Rafina (Rafina, GREECE)

In this video we tried to convey a message based on the category chosen (nutritious and healthy food consumption). The purpose of this video is to sensitize people so that they understand the difference between something which is handmade and has several benefits for our body compared to something bought and packaged.

‘A healthy food for a wealthy mood’

The JUMPING CARROTS – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, SPAIN)

The video is a summary of everything we have learnt this year about the GOODFOOD project including the nutritious part, the production of the food and the sustainability.

‘If you want a good life, join the GOODFOOD’.

GOOD ENGLISH – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, SPAIN)

The main idea of this video is that having good health thanks to the tips mentioned, provides many benefits such as the prevention of diseases or the improvement of skills. With all this, we want to conclude that:

‘The greatest wealth of a person is their health’.

Amirdouha – IES Monte Miravete (Torreaguera, Murcia, Spain).

Nutritious and Healthy Food Consumption. Health is crucial and, along with exercise, nutrition plays an essential role. It is important to choose foods carefully and maintain a balanced diet, rich in nutrients like proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates, following an established food routine. It is also essential to control sugar consumption by reading the food labels and choosing sugar-free versions. Maintaining a proper diet can improve general health and well-being.

‘If you eat healthy, the life will smile at you’.

The secondary level students from Monte Miravete school (Torreaguera, Murcia, Spain) and the GOODFOOD project: overview.

The young students from Monte Miravete present the work they have carried out during the school year in relationship with the GOODFOOD project. They have combined different experiences and learnt about the importance of healthier and more sustainable food habits.
